  Too much to tell here about the writer born in 1962 , in Blackpool , England - Holder of master degree in creative writing, from the University of East London , United Kingdom- UEA alumni- Mark Tilton is also know as Till - A British football fan who knows a fair amount about the history of the Beautiful game under FIFA umbrella . Till was in Brazil for vacation but with so much to learn, and write about Brazilian Culture and the land- How could a Briton freelance writer rest in Brazil? There is too much to write about, and tell those back home who wanted news from Brazil.  On top of all of that, I loaded him up with futsal History from FIFUSA to FIFA.
