Vice Prefeito Claudio Dalvesco and Carlos Mateus met up at the Balneario Camboriu beach front , during the international footvoley tournament on December 4-5 2010. During the brief meeting an invitation to Carlos visit the Balneario City hall ,to discuss a trip to Nanaimo , Canada in 2011.
