Brazil 2 vs 1 Russia

Russia Futsal bestowed Brazil on the floor most of the game  before losing by one goal.

Valdin and Falcao denied Russia  Futsal  Grand Prix title in the see saw futsal final game , that saw Russia scoring first on the 11 minute of the game- Sergey Abramov 

Brazil played the toughest game of futsal  as the Russia with 3 Brazilian players - Goalkeeper Gustavo, Pula and Cirilo. Brazil goal game at the 24 minute , Valdin made  deep run and received a diagonal passing   sending  

 the ball   back in the net

Brazil bombarded Russia with a torrent of shot on goals -  45 saves made by Gustavo , who kept 

Russian winning most of the game.

Brazil tried every line up possible , including leaving Falcao on the bench most of the second half ,

who came out into the overtime to score a goal with his chest.. what amazing  goal!  from a long pas - Falcao inside of the  crease   ,literally drove the ball back of the net by shooting it with his chest like in footvolley. 

and that was the victory goal and Falcao redemption for not have scored in the two last games.  

Like Iran Futsal , the Russian Futsal team  showed a great deal  of futsal skill and tactical method

Russia was pressuring Brazil on own side of the court specially when Falcao was on the floor , the Russia coach would send two players to force Falcao into mistake on his own defence.

but the Brazilian coach Sorato outsmart that Russia strategy,  by sending much faster players- Fernandinho , Gadeia and Jackson - to start the play from the back with Neto doing the sweeping , but it was the Brazilian goalkeeper Thiago who played the last man back out of the goalie area. 

Both goalkeepers played an outstanding futsal game 

Brazilian Futsal player Valdin - to me the best player of the 2011 Grand Prix , definitely has stamped his passport to the next FIFA Futsal World Cup in Thailand.

When Futsal Planet crew gave the Portuguese best player of the years , I had my doubt about it..

Valdin is not a ball juggler , he is an futsal athlete  , a competitor that plays for the team victory,   and not for showmanship  

What i liked the most was the three Brazilians players on the Russia team - they played to beat Brazil no matter what crowd would say in the Manaus packed arena., Pula and Cirilo did it to Brazil a run for the money title Real 40.000,00 - no wonder why Spain would not coming to defend the title. cheap prize to be called the second best futsal event in the world . Players played for pride not for the prize.

I thought that Russia was going to take it until Falcao was back on the game. in the second overtime.

 
Valdin was hip hopped by a Russian player but the officiating says no penalty .. it was a clever move by the Russian defender who used his ass to stop the mighy Cearense  weighting 65 kilos ...

Yes , definitely Valdin is the best futsal player in the world , too good to be denied the FIFA major prize for a player.

Valdin,  a small guy with a big heart for the game of futsal - He  made the Russians players  dancing  with Amazon  Rain Forest Beat in the 2 to 1 Brazil victory over the Russia futsal national team, in the Brazilian 2011 Grand Prix final game.

Cirilo (11) born in Florianopolis, Brazil , has been playing for Russia as his adopted nation,
counter attack and break away fat was also the cat and mouse futsal  game between the world best teams..
if Russia did win it would be 55% Brazil victory as well commemoration

The Russia futsal tactical   - was one of those sideline blitz of two players and the third one for  scooping up the losing ball,l as seen here with the Brazilian player Jackson trying to shield the ball for the next move.
